A Brief Review of the Topics of General Interest in the Field of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language in the Nearly Twenty Years

本文简要回顾了二十年来对外汉语教学学科研究的八个热点问题。认为(1)要关注国内外语言教学理论和实践的发展。(2)应当关注理论和实践中存在的问题。(3)要主动改善人才的知识和能力结构。(4)加强成果转化的环节。

This paper gives a brief review of topics of general interest in the nearly twenty years in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. It provides the following revelations to us: (1) to follow continually with the interest of the development of practice and theory in the field of teaching a language as foreign/second language at home and abroad; (2) to pay close attention to the problems in our teaching and research practice; (3) to improve our structures of knowledge and ability; and (4) to pay more attention to transform the research achievements into teaching practice.
