摘要
通过分析当前电力系统存在的问题,介绍了2种分布式发电技术,及其对常规电力系统规划产生的显著影响。根据战备条件,从确保重要负荷供电保障角度出发,引入“负荷岛”的概念,对分布式电源的规划问题进行了探讨。
Based on the analysis of the conditions of the present power system,the distributed generation(DG)technology is described,and its influence on traditional power system planning is considered. The concept of 'load island' is introduced for distributed power system planning under war condition.
