摘要
针对江苏利港电力有限公司4台350 MW机组炉渣脱水仓在运行中暴露出的脱水时间长等问题,从分析脱水仓工作原理着手,提出并实施了一系列改进运行操作及完善设备性能的技术措施,达到了提高脱水仓效率和利用率的目的,创造了更好的经济效益。
The dewatering bin,which is installed in JSLGEPC,for treating the boiler slag out of four 350MW units, revealed the shortcomings in its commercial operation, for instance,the duration of dewatering is long,etc. Aiming at the problems,based on the analysis of its working principle,this article deals with a series of technological measures to improve the mode of operating and utilize the properties of the dewatering bin. Having put the effective technological measures into practice,the raising utilization factor of the dewatering bin is achieved. Therefore,companies would obtain bigger economic efficiency.
