摘要
采用非预混燃烧模型,用标准k-ε紊流模型模拟气相湍流运输,用P-1辐射模型计算辐射传热,对煤粉挥发分的释放采用了双匹配速率模型,对气相流场采用非错列网格的SIMPLE方法来求解,对固体颗粒相的求解则采用随机的颗粒轨道模型。采用Fluent6.1软件对四角切圆燃烧煤粉锅炉的炉内过程进行数值模拟,分析了炉膛内温度场、速度场和气相各组分的浓度场的分布规律,并对模拟结果进行分析与对比,计算结果呈现出与实际炉内过程定性上较好的一致性,为研究四角切圆燃烧锅炉炉内过程提供了参考。
Fluent can be used for boiler simulation. The chamber reaction and heat transfer employ non-premix combustion model,the P-l radiation model and the two competing rates model. During computation,the gas phase transportation is simulated by k-εturbulence model,the pulverized coal motion is governed by Newton Law. Gas phase equations are solved through SIMPLE method while particle phase uses random project model. Result of simulation compared with the analysis of chamber temperature,velocity, density distribution is agreeable with the chamber real process.
