摘要
分别研究了一水硬铝石和高岭石的浮选行为及混合矿的分选,结果表明:仅以油酸钠作捕收荆可较好实现给矿A/S在2.53~4.96范围内的一水硬铝石和高岭石混和矿的正浮选分离:以十二胺作捕收剂酸性介质条件及十二胺作捕收剂,ATNO作抑制剂中性介质条件下也可较好实现给矿A/S为2.53~4.96范围内时一水硬铝石和高岭石的反浮选分离,精矿A/S均在11以上.图4,表4,参8.
The floatation behaviors of diaspore and kaolinite and the separation of mixed mineral were investigated in this paper.The results show that the artificial mixed mineral of diaspore and kaolinite can be separated well when A/S of feeding mineral is between 2.53 to 4.96 using sodium oleate as positive floatation collector. Meanwhile, the flotation of different A/S(2.53~4.96)of feeding indicated that the concentrate of A/S>11 can be obtained when dodecyl-amine is employed as inverse floatation collector and pH value is 3.5 or 7.5(ATNO is used as depressor).4figs.,4tAbs.,8refs.
