在油井高温、高压条件下, 原油或其中的某些化学物质通常会渗透到螺杆泵定子橡胶内部, 使橡胶膨胀, 体积增大, 增大部分占据了空腔体积, 使实际储存油液的空腔体积变小, 导致容积效率降低。3台GLB120—27螺杆泵的现场试验表明, 零压力时, 橡胶溶胀厚度平均 2 1mm, 容积效率损失平均 25 .19%, 与计算平均值 21 .24%接近, 容积效率损失随着泵出口压力增大而减小。最后提出了提高泵容积效率的技术对策。
The stator rubber of the screw pump is often plumped because of infiltration of crude oil or some of chemical species at high temperature and high pressure. And this results in the reduction of the volume efficiency. Field use of 3 GLB120-27 screw pumps shows that, the mean thickness of the rubber plumping is 2.1 mm at zero pressure, and the average loss of volume efficiency is 25.19%, close to the average value computed. The loss of the volume efficiency decreases with the increases of the outlet pressure of the pump. In the end, the technical countermeasures for improving volume efficiency are put forward.
