摘要 回旋是导致PDC钻头失效的主要原因, 在研究国内外抗回旋技术的基础上, 基于挠性钻头的创新思想, 设计了新型挠性抗回旋PDC钻头。该型PDC钻头由于上、下弹性环的弹性作用, 使得公、母接头之间可以倾斜一定角度转动, 井底钻具组合的倾斜不会影响钻头体, 钻头体轴线仍保持与井眼轴线重合, 不偏斜, 不与井壁接触, 从而避免回旋的产生。对挠性抗回旋PDC钻头和常规PDC钻头的运动学分析证明, 挠性抗回旋PDC钻头的抗回旋性能优良, 其工作寿命大大长于常规PDC钻头。 Bit whirl is one of the main causes of early failure of PDC bits. Based on existing anti-whirl technologies and the idea of flexible bit, a new kind of flexible anti-whirl PDC bit is designed. By means the elastic reaction of upper and lower flexible rings, rotation with a certain angle at the male and female connection can be realized, and the inclination of the bottomhole assembly has no affection on the bit body, thereby the bit whirl can be avoided. The structure of the new bit is described, and a kinematic analysis of the new bit is made. The new bit has good anti-whirl performance, and its service life is well above that of the conventional PDC bit.
