NR/炭黑混炼胶平入口收敛的有限元模拟

摘要 应用ANSYS软件对天然胶/炭黑混炼胶的平入口收敛流动进行三维有限元模拟。分析了在不同口模压力(P)下入口区速度分布、延伸应变速率、剪切应变速率以及流体自然收敛角的变化。发现P以10,20,30MPa增大时,入口区流体速度随之增加,其径向相应最大值为13.5,16.4,20.1min/s;相应的剪切应变速率、延伸应变速率呈非线性增大,其相应最大值分别为200,310,440s-1及20,44,52s-1;入口自然收敛角也随着P的增大而增大,相应的入口自然收敛角分别为85°,90°,105°。 A three dimension (3D) finite element method (FEM) simulation on flat entrance convergence flow of natural rubber (NR)/carbon black compound was made by using of ANSYS software. The velocity distributing, variation of extension rate, shear rate and the natural convergence angle of the fluid were analyzed under different initial entry pressure. It is discovered that the velocity in the field of entrance augments along with the increasing of initial entry pressure(10,20,30 MPa), the maximal radial velocity are 13.5,16.4 and 20.1 mm/s; the corresponding shear rate and extension rate increase nonlinearly, their maximums are 200, 310, 440 s-1 and 20, 44, 52 s-1,respectively; the natural convergence angle also augments with the rising of initial entry pressure, the corresponding natural convergence angles are 85°,90°and 105°.
