This paper introduced the components and arrangement of 1-hexene pilot plant and relevant measures of environmental protection, occupational safety and healthy, and also made technical and economical analysis for the plant. During construction of the plant, the engineering quality had been ensured and the investment had been controlled within plan by managing construction progress, quality and costs.
