称重控制系统在聚酯生产中的应用

The Application of Weighing Control System in Polyester Industry

介绍了聚酯生产装置中常用的德国SCHENCK公司称重控制系统的结构及测量原理,分析了影响现场测量系统精度的因素。针对生产过程中称重控制系统经常出现物料实际流量达不到设定值,瞬时流量过大造成系统停车等问题,提出了相应的解决方法。

This paper introduced the structure and measuring principle of weighing control system of SCHENCK Co., Germany widely used in polyester plant and analyzed the factors that affect measuring precision. Countermeasures had been put forward in light of the problems happened during operation, such as actual feed flow falling short of set value, system shutdown because of excessive instantaneous flow and so on.
