Study on Reactor Used by Solid Acid Alkylation

固体酸烷基化工艺具有安全、清洁、成本低的优点,目前对固体酸烷基化工艺的研究主要集中在固体酸催化剂的研究,固体酸烷基化反应器及工艺的研究2个方面。概述了固体酸烷基化用浆液反应器、固定床反应器、移动床反应器和流化床反应器的特点,介绍了清华大学液固循环反应-再生系统和石油大学的新型组合反应-再生系统的研究概况。

Solid acid alkylation process has advantages of safety, cleanness and cheapness. The studies of solid acid alkylation process focus on solid acid catalyst and solid acid alkylation reactor and process. This paper reviewed the characteristics of slurry reactor, fixed bed reactor, moving bed reactor and fluidized bed reactor, and especially introduced the general situation of liquid-solid circulating reaction-regeneration system of Tsinghua University and new type combined reaction-regeneration system of University of Petroleum.
