摘要 概述了降低催化汽油硫含量的后处理加氢脱硫、催化原料油加氢预处理、部分转化的加氢裂化技术及降低硫含量的催化剂和助剂。详细介绍了用于催化汽油选择性脱硫的Prime-G+技术、催化重汽油深度脱硫的同时恢复或提高辛烷值的Octgain技术、采用抽提蒸馏方法使催化汽油硫含量降至很低而辛烷值不损失的GT-DeSulf脱硫工艺;同时简要介绍了新型Nebula催化剂、SR助剂的使用情况。 This paper reviewed some technologies for Decreasing sulfur content of catalytic gasoline, including after -treatment hydrodesulphurization, hydrotreating of catalytic feed, partial conversion hydrocracking, catalyst and promoter. Prime-G+ technology for selecting hydrodesulphurization of catalytic gasoline, Octgain technology for deeper desulphurization and resuming or improving octane value of catalytic heavy gasoline and GT-DeSulf technology for decreasing sulfur content without loss of octane value by using of extractive distillation were introduce in detail. This article also introduced applications of new Nebula catalyst and SR catalyst improver.
