托盘根水溶性多糖的分离纯化及初步研究 被引量:6

摘要 托盘根经热水煮提、醇析、脱淀粉、冻融离心、蛋白酶解、Sevagc法脱蛋白、超滤、凝胶柱层析方法纯化得水溶性多糖RCP,经比旋光度测定、高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析证明RCP为均一组分,分子量7000左右;气相色谱(GC)分析其单糖组成主要为葡萄糖和迹量的鼠李糖。说明RCP是一种中性杂多糖。 Crude water-soluble polysaccharides were isolated from the roots of Rubus crataegiflolius Bge by hot water extraction followed by ethanol precipitation.After removed starch and protein and fractionated by ultrafiltration and gel chromatography, the polysaccharide RCP was obtained. Homogeneity and molecular weight of RCP were determined by specific optical rotation measuremend and HPLC.The sugar composition analysis was determined by methanolysis and gas chromatography (GC).The results revealed that RCP was homogeneous.Its molecular weigh was about 7 000.It was consisted of major glucose and minor rhamnose.RCP was a neutral heteropolysaccharide.
