摘要
通过在传统的工业层燃锅炉煤层上部空间引入"多孔分层错列射流式"二次风,同时,适当降低一次风的供给量,组织炉膛内空间燃烧,可以起到有效提高燃煤锅炉效率、降低烟尘初始排放浓度的双重作用,并在同一台"0 5t/h立式锅炉"上进行了煤气化-无烟燃烧和普通手烧两种运行方式的对比工业性试验.试验结果表明,在无炉外除尘器情况下,实现了排烟无色、烟尘排放浓度符合国家环保标准GB13271-2001中一类区要求,该新型二次风装置,可有效地实现炉内消烟除尘.
A new integrated secondary air device,that is multi-orifices stratification and stagger-arrangement jet secondary air,was put forward to organize upper space combustion based on two main problems of low thermal efficiency and serious soot emission for traditional layer coal-fired industrial boilers.The new secondary air theory was discussed and the comparative industrial experiments between the coal gasification-smokeless combustion and the traditional hand-fired fashion have been conducted in vertical hand-fired boiler at 05t/h.It showed that the smoke self-prevention and dust self-control was obviously obtained and smokes discharge could accord with I class region given in GB13271-2001 environmental protection standard under directing burning raw coal.It is rather effective to eliminate black smoke and to decrease dust and NOx emission.
