On Joint Investigation in Series Cases

对系列案件进行串并侦查是一种重要的侦查手段。对系列案件按作案人的作案目的进行分类 ,比按案件性质进行分类更有利于串并侦查工作的开展。具体工作中 ,能否将个案进行串并 ,要分析其具备的确定性条件和可能性条件。系列案件串并的组织实施中 ,应强化相关信息的整合与共享 ,形成刑侦合力 ;要强化工作的规范管理 。

Joint investigation in series cases is an important investigative measure. To classify series cases according to the motive of the offender is more helpful to joint investigation work than according to characteristics of cases. In real practice, whether individual cases can be successfully combined depends on the analysis of its condition of ascertainment and possibility. During the organizing and implementing processes of joint investigation in series cases, integrity and share of relative information should be strengthened to form a joint force in criminal investigation. Meanwhile, standardized supervision over this work should be strengthened and a new working mechanism should be set up.
