Improving the quality of law-enforcement is of great significance for public security organs to put the important thoughts of the 'three represents' into practice, administer the state by law and fulfill the three historical missions. This paper analyzed the existing problems, reasons and harm in police law-enforcement, and proposes corresponding measures.
