Reflections on Public Order Administration after the Reform of the Examination and Approval System

作为国家行政管理机构之一的治安管理部门 ,面对审批制度改革后所带来的挑战与冲击 ,必须转变观念 ,拓宽思路 ,从强调事前审批向后续监管服务转变 ,并积极探索治安管理工作市场化、社会化道路 。

As a result of the reform of the examination and approval system, public order administrative organs have to change conceptions, shift work emphasis from examination and approval to supervision, and explore proper approaches to the marketization and socialization of public order administration.
