摘要
“警示”教学法是一种比较切合在职民警特点的教学方法。这种教学法是让学员执行模拟实战的训练任务 ,教师扮演犯罪嫌疑人抓住学员练习中的漏洞进行反抗 ,给学员以“警示” ,并通过讨论得出理论性的原则、方法等 ,继而进行强化训练的教学方法。此方法贴近实战 ,既能激发民警学习兴趣 ,又能教育民警树立敌情观念 。
The “Warning” teaching method is an appropriate way of training on-the job police officers. In the class, the trainees are asked to execute a simulated actual combat training task, in which teachers act as suspects to resist against them taking advantage of their weak points in practice in order to give the trainees a 'warning'; some theoretical principles and methods will be deduced by the students by means of discussion. This method, close to actual combat, can not only inspire police officers' interest of learning, but also instruct them to guard against the enemy, to strengthen their defensive consciousness and capability of actual combat.
