51例小细胞肺癌的CT表现及病理诊断特点分析

The characteristics of CT and pathologic diagnosis of small cell lung cancer

目的:总结分析小细胞肺癌的CT表现特点、病理诊断途径及其结果,以加强对本病的病理基础与影像表现关系的认识。方法:收集经病理证实的小细胞肺癌51 例,对其CT表现进行全面回顾分析,并与病理结果进行对照分析。结果:以中央型占绝大多数;瘤组织密实,界缘清,内缘常与纵隔肿物相融合;以肺门或纵隔旁肿块伴纵隔影增宽为其主要的CT特征表现。结论:病理检查方法的选择直接影响诊断阳性率,认识小细胞肺癌的影像特征表现有助于病理诊断。

Objective: To summarize and analyze the CT features , approach and result of pathologic diagnosis in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), and study the correlation of radiologic and pathologic basis. Methods:We analyzed the CT findings of 51 cases with SCLC retrospectively. All the case were confirmed by pathology. Radiologic-pathologic correlative study was done, 42 of them were observed with their first chest film. Results:The majority were central type. Tumor was solid density with distinct interface and medial-margin was merged with mediastinal mass. Hilar or mediastina-side mass with accompaning widen mediastina was the major features. Conclusion:The methods of pathologic examination effect positive ratio of diagnosis. Understanding the imaging features are helpful for clinical diagnosis of SCLC.
