摘要
以人力资本理论作为理论支持,系统阐述人力资本的涵义及特征,着重分析形成人力资本的手段之一———健康投资的内容与意义。在此基础上,对目前我国投资健康的重点领域及其政府的职责作相关政策建议。
The article regarded the theory of manpower capital as academic sustainment,expatiated systemically the meaning and characteristic of manpower capital ,analyzed stressfully the content and significance of health investment as one of the means which form manpower capital,being based on it,put forward some policies and advice for the key scopes of health investment and the go-vernment responsibility for the moment in China.
