脾破裂并失血性休克有效救护方法的探讨

目的探讨78例严重脾破裂并失血性休克急救护理的有效方法,以提高治愈率,降低伤残率。方法对78例严重脾破裂并失血性休克的患者进行急救护理,做到二早:早确诊,早手术,并及时抗休克、合理扩容、纠正酸中毒,是抢救成功的关键。结果78例患者均康复出院,临床治愈率100%,死亡0例,无1例发生肺部并发症及褥疮。结论做好院前急救,配合全面、及时、有效的救治,使之规范化、程序化,保证了急救护理工作快速、有效地运行,对降低伤残率及并发症有着重要的临床意义。

OBJECTIVE Inquirying into 78 serious spleens breaks and lose the valid method of the first aid nursing of the guts shock,to increase the cure rate,lower the wounded and disabled rate.METHODS Break to 78 serious spleens and lose the sufferer of the guts shock proceed to give first aid the nursing,enhancing the prevention of every kind of after operation.RESULTS 78 sufferer all recovers from illness to get out of the hospital,clinical cure rate 100%,die 0 example,die of illness rate as 0,neither the example takes place lung a complications and bedsores.CONCLUSIONS Before working well the hospital give first aid ,match with completely,on time,save the norm that cure effectively,make turn,the procedure turns,guaranteeing the frist aid nursing work the fleetness and circulate availably,to lower wounded and disabled rate and complicationses have got the important and clinical meaning.
