我院呼吸科和肾移植中心药物利用调研分析

Analysis of Drug Utilization and Invastigation in Respiratory Department and Nephrotransplantion Center of Our Hospital

目的:调研我院呼吸科和肾移植中心药物利用情况.方法:数据来自于我院,采用WHO推荐的DDD处理方法.结果:分析了二科室70%～80%药物使用情况,并以DDDs进行比较.呼吸科以祛痰、止咳、止喘类药为主.肾移植中心以免疫抑制药为主.结论:不同的科室有其用药特点,定期进行药物利用调研可获得有用的信息.

Objective: To investigate the current drug utilization of the patients from respiratory dep artment and nephrotransplantation center. Method: The dat a were collected from computer system, using DDD system recommended by WHO; Result: The utilization of drugs was analysed and presented as DDDs, five classes o f drugs occupied 70%-80% of the tatal amount of drug consumed, among which, the cough suppressants, expectorants, mucolytics and antiasthma drugs were maximum in terms of DDDs in respiratory department, and immunodepressssants were maximum in terms of cost and DDDs; Conclusion: The patients from different clinic departments have their own specifical feature of drug use. We also get some idea from these data.
