摘要
采用强碱性阴离子树脂从云南某金矿氰化浸出液中吸附金、银和铜离子络合物,不仅金的吸附率高,而且银和铜离子的吸附率分别达到98.52%和99.88%。铜离子不仅严重地影响活性炭吸附银和金的络合物、银的吸附率很低,而且还显著地增加氰化物用量、影响尾液的循环利用,在缺水的地方,这种不利的影响更加明显。因此,树脂吸附工艺对于提高银的吸附率、降低氰化物用量、综合利用尾液中的有价组分(氰化物、碱金属铜、石灰和水等)具有重要的实际价值。
The adsorptive rate of gold is high and that of silver and copper are 98.52% and 99.88% respectively when adopting anion resin to adsorb the complexes of gold, silver and copper from leaching solution in a mine in Yunnan Province.Copper ion not only does a great harm to active carbon adsorbing the complexes of gold and silver,but also increases the usage of cyanide,affects the circulatory of waste solution in the productive circuit especially in places of being lack of water and rain. Therefore the resin has very important action in increasing silver adsorptive rate, reducing the usage of cyanide and comprehensively utilizing the useful compositions such as cyanide,copper,lime and water in waste solution.
