摘要
提出了机构参数双向设计的方法。介绍应用该方法开发颚式破碎机机构参数设计系统的过程。采用CAD软件的基本绘图功能对颚式破碎机机构实现参数绘图,再利用其尺寸驱动功能进行参数修改,将其与VisualBasic结合自动提取修改后的参数,实现了颚式破碎机机构参数化的双向设计。旨在提供一种对CAD软件进行二次开发的新方法,使设计者掌握运用该方法对复杂机构进行参数设计,从而提高开发小型CAD软件和设计复杂机构的能力。
This paper put forward bidirectional design method of mechanism parameters, and expounded the process how to use this method to develop the system of the single-toggle jaw crusher's mechanism parameters' design. This paper also utilized CAD's fundamental drawing function to draw the mechanism draft of single-toggle jaw crusher, and then use the function of dimension driving to modify the mechanism's parameters. Besides, this paper used Visual Basic to extract the mechanism's parameters modified and realized bidirectional design of single-toggle jaw crusher's mechanism. This design method attempted to provide us with a new quadratic development of CAD, and tried to make the engineer master this method to develop complicated mechanism, and then improved the ability of developing miniature CAD software and designing of complicated mechanism.
