双硫代巴比妥酸衍生物的合成及电子结构 被引量:3

Synthesis and study of electronic structure of bithiobarbituric acid derivative

摘要 设计合成了一种对氢键具有诱导能力的双硫代巴比妥酸衍生物 (C2 6H2 2 O6N4S2 ) ,并以FTIR、元素分析、1HNMR、UV- Vis进行了表征 ,确定了其结构。运用Gaussian98量子化学程序包 ,采用B3LYP/ 6 -31G(d)的方法对分子的几何构型进行了优化 ,并对几何构型、电子结构及电荷分布的规律进行了研究。 A novel bithiobarbituric acid derivative( C 26H 22-O 6N 4S 2) has been synthesized.The molecular structure was identif ied and characterized by FTIR,UV-Vis, 1HNMR and elemental analysis.The geometric and electronic structure of C 26H 22O 6N 4S 2 was studie d on the basis of the optimized geometrics with B3LYP/6-31G(d) method.
