One-pot synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones catalyzed by n-Bu_2SnO

摘要 采用n -Bu2 SnO作催化剂 ,醛、β- 酮酸酯和脲在无溶剂条件下于 10 0℃发生Biginelli缩合反应。合成了 19个 3,4 - 二氢嘧啶 - 2- 酮衍生物 ,反应时间短 ,产率高 ,操作简便 ,且催化剂可以重复使用多次。 A simple effective synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin -2(1H)-one derivatives,using n-Bu 2SnO as catalyst,from aldehydes, β-keto esters and urea under solvent-free conditions at 100℃ is described.This new procedure for the Biginelli reaction has such advantages as high yields,short reaction time,and simple work-up procedure.In addition the catalyst is reusable and can be applied several times without any decrease in the yield of the reactions.
