单侧上烧嘴均热炉小炉坑的节能改造

摘要 介绍了济南钢铁总厂根据目前国内单侧上烧嘴均热炉小炉坑普遍存在的能耗高、产量低的情况,对该厂11号炉坑所进行的缩小炉膛尺寸及采用火焰可调烧嘴的节能技术改造,生产试验表明,该炉坑与原有炉坑中各项指标最好的9号坑相比降低燃料单耗22.6%,提高炉子生产率5.4%,降低氧化烧损率15%,年多创经济效益38万元. This paper presents that in the light of high energy consumption and low output widespreadly existing in small pit of soaking pit with upper one side burner at home, JGWIS carried Out an energy-saving technological transformation of narrowing furnace chamber and using flame-adjustable burner for furnace pit No. 11. Production test shows that specific fuel consumption of this furnace pit was cut down 22.6%, production effidency raied 5.5% and metal loss reduced 15% compared with furnace pit No.9 whose all indexes were best of original furnace pits, as a result, annual economic results increased by 380 thousands yuan.
