摘要
介绍了水平连铸结晶器动态热流分布的测试方法和数据处理,并对测试结果进行了讨论,认为D120圆坯结晶器平均拉速2.36m/min、平均水量26.1t/h、平均水温差30.9℃的测试工况比较好,这时沿结晶器长度过热度不很大,在较长的距离内能比较稳定地发展过冷沸腾,提高了结晶器的传热能力,使平均热流密度升高.
After introducing the measurement methods and data-pocessing of dynamic heat flow distribution of horizontal continuous casting mould and discussing the measurement results, this paper considers that measurement operation mode is better for D120 round bloom mould at average pulling speed Of 2. 36m/min, average water quantity of 26. lt/h and average water temperature difference of 30.9℃. Under this condition, sub-cooled boiling can be stably developed in longer distance as longitudinal superheat degree is not too large, heat transfering ability is enhanced, which make the average heat flow density increased.
