摘要
叙述了磁化水处理技术在西钢烧结中的应用情况，指出混合料经磁化水润湿成球后，粒度组成和成球强度得到明显改善，烧结料层透气性变好，其结果是台时产量平均提高了４．１９％，固体燃耗平均降低了７ｋｇ／ｔ。
This paper recounts the application situation of magnetized-water treatment technology to sintering production in Xilin Iron and Steel Co., especially presenting the distinct improvement of pellet size composition,Pellet strength and permeability of sinter bed after the mixture wetted by magnetics-water and Pelletized, with the results being that hour output increased by 4. 19% and solid fuel consumption reduced 7kg/t on the average.
