摘要
通过分析钢坯在炉内的运行过程,推出了用于轧钢加热炉计算机在线最优供热控制模型的生产率检测计算的新方法。经计算机仿真验证表明,该法既能保证热负荷调节准确、及时,又能保证过程控制平稳,从而使得Q-P模型对复杂生产条件的加热炉在线优化控制成为可能。
y analyzing the motion process of billets in reheating furnace, this paper deduces a new method for measurement and calculation of production rate of on-line optimal heating computer control moldels in rolling reheating furnace. The computer emulation test shows that this method can assure accurate and in-time heat load adjustment as well as steady process control, which make it possible for Q-P model to control reheating furnace on-line optimally under complicated production conditions.
