摘要
在国内外大量研究成果的基础上,系统阐述了苜蓿在低温胁迫下形态、生理和生化方面适应性的变化及苜蓿秋眠性与抗寒性的关系,并对苜蓿抗寒基因工程方面的研究进展作了报道。
The adjustive changes on morphology,physiology and biochemistry of Lucerne under low temperature stress were described systematically based on the achievements both at home and abroad .The relationship between fall dormancy and freezing resistance of Lucerne was also introduced. Research progress in gene engineering of Lucerne’s freezing resistance was reported.
