摘要
介绍了在0.5t单电极直流电弧炉上所做的三电极直流钢包炉的电弧行为和加热速度的试验情况。试验表明,三电极直流钢包炉技术可解决底电极式直流钢包炉存在的不足,使炉子加热速度快和不发生偏弧现象。
The experiment on arc behavior and heating speed of three-electrode DC ladle furnace made on 0. 5t one-electrode co arc furnace is introduced in this paper. The results show that threeelectrode DC ladle furnace, increasing heating speed and without arc bias, can overcome the shortcomings of bottom-electrode DC ladle furnace.
