介绍的新一代高炉煤气湿式精净化设备是一种蒸喷预冷却和特殊可调文丘里洗涤系统，它是从文氏管流体力学及除尘机理着手分析，综合了世界上现有湿式精净化设备的优点，结合已有文丘里洗涤器的生产经验，在结构上大胆创新研究设计的．经二年半的生产实践证明，能使一般国际上一级大口径文丘里洗涤器的出口煤气含尘量，从３０～４０ｍｇ／ｍ３的粗除尘水平，降至１０ｍｇ／ｍ３以下，新系统阻力损失由常规的３５～４０ｋＰａ降至１６～２０ｋＰａ，水耗量由一般的洗涤塔－文氏管系统的８～１０ｔ／１０００ｍ３煤气降至１．８～２ｔ／１０００ｍ３煤气．

The new type of wet-type fine purification equipment for blast furnace gas introduced in this paper, a kind of pre-evaporated cooling and specific adjustable Venturi scrubber, is researched and designed with a bold innovation in structure by starting from the analysis of Venturi fluid mechanics and dedusting mechanism, synthesiaing the advantages of wet-type PUrification equipments now available all over the world and combining the production expetience of existing Venturi scrubber. The production praCtice of two and a half years shows that the dust load of gas at the exit of general prim heavy calibre Venturi scrubber is cut down from coarse dust level of 30-40mg/m3 to under 10mg/m3, the loss from system drag is reduced from common 35-40kpa to 16-20kpa, the water consumption is lowered from general 8-10t/1000m3 gas to 1.8-2t/1000m3 gas in wash-over string and Venturi system.
