摘要 阐述连铸坯热送直接轧制等方法的工艺流程和能源消耗的比较,重点介绍世界各国薄板坯连铸连轧的典型工艺生产线:紧凑式连铸连轧生产线(CSP),在线连铸连轧生产线(ISP);铸轧生产线(超紧凑式生产线)等.还介绍了新型生产线和传统生产线在生产周期、节约基建投资和能源消耗方面的比较.注意到连铸连轧之间衔接的关键设备加热均热保温炉起到上下工序的连接作用,这样才能形成真正的完整的新的生产线. his paper expoundes the process now and energy consumption comparation of continuous casting billet hot charging and direct rolling, emphatically introduces the typical process line of bar strip continuous casting and continuous rolling all over the world 1 proccess line of compact strip production (CSP), process line of inline strip production(ISP) and process line of casting and rolling (supercompact process line) and so on. This paper also Presents the comparation of the production cyCle and the saving of capital inveStment and energy consumption between new type and traditional process line. It is noticed that the repeating, soaking and holding furnace, a key equipment for the connection of continuous casting and continuous rolling. plays the role of connecting up and down procedures,thus forming the complete and new process line.
