摘要
本文应用刚-粘塑性有限元法成功地模拟了Al5056和铅两种材料的辗边过程,着重分析了工艺参数对辗边力能参数的影响,得出一些重要结论。计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。
The edging process for Al5056 and Pb plates is successfully simulated by the rigid-viscoplastic finite element method. The influence of the technological data on the edging mechanical parameter is also analysed.Some important conclusions are made in this paper.The calculation is basically in keeping with the experimental results.
