摘要
以硫脲、丙二酸二甲酯、间苯二酚为主要原料,分别得中间体4、6-二甲氧基-2-甲砜基嘧啶和2,6-二羟基苯甲酸,再经缩合反应制得目标产物2,6-二[4、6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-氧基]苯甲酸钠.通过红外光谱、元素分析和熔点测定证实了中间体化合物及目标分子的结构.
With thiourea ,dimethyl malonate and resorcinol as main materials, the mediums 4,6-Dimethoxyl-2-methylsulfonyl-pyrimidine and 2,6-dihydroxybenzoic acid are synthesized.Then by condensation reaction 2,6-double[4,6-dimethoxylpyrimidine-2-o]sodium benzonate is prepared. The structures of mediums and target compound are confirmed by measurement of melt-point ,IR and elementary analysis.
