树枝状高分子聚酰胺-胺的合成研究 被引量:3

Study on Synthesis of Dendrimers Polyamidoamine

摘要 采用扩散法,以乙二胺为核,通过Michael加成和酰胺化重复反应合成了一系列树枝状高分子聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM).讨论了反应条件,如反应温度、反应时间和投料摩尔比等因素对反应的影响.采用液相色谱分析了产品的纯度.采用元素分析、傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振(′HNMR)等方法对产物的结构进行了表征. A series of polyamidoamine(PAMAM)dendrimers have been synthesized by divergent synthesis using ethylenediamine as a rawmaterial by means of Mickeal addition reaction and amidation reaction.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,the ratio of feed on the reaction are discussed.The dendrimers are charcterized by elemental analysis,1HNMR and IR.
