摘要
针对道路与交通工程规划、设计、修建和营运管理问题的特点,通过运用综合系统分析方法论、微观经济概念等学科知识,提出了进行资源配置、方案选择和工程系统分析的目的、步骤及内容。
Counter to the characteristics of road and traffic engineering planning, design, building and operation management problem, through applying the subject knowledge such as comprehensive system analysis method theory, micro-economical idea etc. the paper puts forward the aim, step and content of disposition in resource, option selection and engineering system analysis.
