油价上涨对国民经济的影响分析

为了能有效剔除油价变动对我国国民经济造成的负面影响,首先从目前油价波 浪式上涨的现状入手,对其成因进行了剖析;然后从我国宏观经济运行及产业链的角度,分析了油 价上涨对国民经济的影响:一方面,油价上涨增加了石化上游行业的企业利润,促进了这些行业部 门的发展;另一方面,由于价格传导机制的制约,油价上涨导致石油下游行业以及相关行业企业生 产成本的提高,使得这类行业部门的企业利润急剧降低,阻碍了这类行业部门的发展;最后,提出 了通过增加石油供给,优化结构,建立石油战略储备来消除消极影响的建议。

The cause of the current situation on wavy rising of oil price is investigated to avoid the negative effect of changing oil price on national economy, In terms of macroeconic operation and industrial chain, general effect of oil price rising on national economy is analyzed. It is concluded that the rise of oil has promoted the development of advanced enterprises while hampered the development backward enterprises. saggestions includiny increasing oil supply, optimizing structure and setting up strategic reservation of oil are put forward to dispel negative effect of the issue.
