摘要 对有卤和无卤阻燃体系的复配进行了探讨,研究了不同阻燃体系的燃烧性能。结果表明,十溴联苯醚与Sb2O3在一定的配比范围内具有好的协效作用,其质量比为3:1时,阻燃效果最佳。卤系与无卤体系配合使用阻燃效果最佳,其氧指数高达31.8%,水平燃烧级别为FH—1。羟基硅油为最佳表面活性剂,其最佳用量为6—8份。 This paper probed into compounding of retardant systems with and without halogen and studied the combustibility of different flame retardant systems. The results indicate that decabromo-diphenyl ether and Sb2O3 have an obvious synergy ism in a given proportion range by mass; the best flame retardancy can be achieved at the mass ratio of 3:1. The combined application of halogen-based system and halogen-free system possesses the optimum flame retardancy with the oxygen index up to 31.8% and the combustion level of FH-1. Hydroxyl silicone oil is deemed as one of the best surfactants used in the flame retardant system at the appropriate dosage ranging from 6 to 8 shares.
