摘要
首先利用Pro/E软件建立三轴数控铣床的虚拟模型,以最简化原则建立运动副的坐标系后,对机床结构进行分析,建立了虚拟环境下任意三轴数控机床的通用运动学模型,实现了任意虚拟三轴数控机床运动的通用求解方法。最后结合ADAMS软件对XH-714型三轴数控铣床的圆周运动进行仿真分析,最终验证了所建虚拟数控机床运动学模型的正确性。
In this paper,the virtual model of the three axes milling CNC and the simplest coordinate system are first established with Pro/E.Then the kinematics model for general virtual three axes CNC is built based on the analysis of the machine structure.Through the kinematics simulation of circle motion for the three axes CNC XH-714 by means of ADAMS software,the correctness of the kinematics equation is confirmed.
