摘要 氢冷汽轮发电机内的氢气湿度降至一定范围,对发电机提高运行效率、延长使用寿命有重要作用。评述了当前汽轮发电机氢气干燥设备、吸附式以及制冷式干燥系统等技术发展与应用概况,并对全自动高效氢气干燥设备的研发方向进行了展望。对研发的高效环保制冷式氢气干燥器的工作原理、结构及其运行效果进行了介绍。 The humidity of hydrogen gas in a hydrogen cooled turbo-generator being decreased to a certain range has important significanee for enhancing operation efficiency of the generator ,and for lengthening its service life.The general situation of technical development and application in aspects ,such as hydrogen gas drying equipments, absorbed type and refrigerated type drying systems of turbo-generators at present,bas been expounded and discussed, and the direction of research and development for fully automatic and highly effectie hydrogen gas drying equipment being forecasted. The workig principle,structure,and operation effectiveness of highly effective and evrironment-friendly refrigerated type hydcogen gas dryer developed already have been also presented.
