摘要
介绍了将链条炉改造为循环流化床锅炉的情况,包括方案选择、热力计算、改造要点、改造结果和经济性评价。分析了煤矸石比例变化对锅炉运行造成的影响,并对整个改造项目的经济性进行了详细分析。结果表明,这种改造具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The situation of retrofitting chain-grate boiler into a circulating fluidized bed (CFB)boiler has been presented,including scheme selection,thermal calculation,key points of retrofitting,results of retrofitting,and economic calculation. The influence of gangue ratio variation upon boiler operation has been analysed,the economic behavior analysis of the entire retrofitting project being carried out in detail. Results show that the said retrofitting project can bring good economical and social benefits for the enterprise.
