摘要
对一台锅炉过热器壁温在不同负荷下的变化情况进行了讨论。通过传热计算、现场实测以及对过热器管的金相分析等方法,得出在低负荷工况时,具有辐射或半辐射特性过热器的金属壁温有可能随负荷的下降而升高。对于以带基本负荷为设计原则的锅炉,长期在低负荷下运行,发生过热器超温爆管的可能性会增大。
The variation of tube-wall temperature for superheater of a boiler has been discussed. Through heat transfer calculation,practical measurement in the field,and metallurgical analysis of the superheater tubes, it is obtained that the enhancement of metallic tube-wall temperature of the superheater having radiation or semi-radiation behavior may occur along with load reduction under low load operation condition. For boilers designed in principle for base load,the probability of over-temperature tube-bust of the superheater may increase under long term operation under low load.
