Collagen molecule structure analysis using SDS-PAGE method

本文就SDS-PAGE法分析胶原分子的条件进行了探索,确定了适宜的电泳条件,使不同分子量的各组分得到分离,从而证实了胶原的分子结构。

A method of analysing collagen molecule using electrophoresis in sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel slabs is introduced. Proper experimental conditions are selected in order to separate different molecular weight components. The result proves that the structure of collagen molecule is conformed to theory.
