模型负重轮轮缘材料的动态温度升高规律有限元与试验分析 被引量:1

摘要 应用ANSYS软件建立了橡胶和聚氨酯弹性体两种材料模型负重轮的应力场有限元模型 ,计算出节点生热率 ,作为负载导入到温度场有限元模型中 ,进行温度升高有限元计算 ,得到两种轮缘材料的动态温度升高规律 ,并且进行了试验论证 。 The finite element structural models of rubber and cast polyurethane road wheel are established by the software ANSYS. After calculating heat generation ratio of the nodes, the results can be used as the thermal loads on the finite element models of temperature field established. Based on the results of finite element analysis and test research, thermal characteristics of rubber and cast polyurethane can be contrasted, and some formulas are used to demonstrate thermal dynamic characteristics.
