摘要 公伯峡导流隧洞和右岸旋流泄洪洞结合布置,洞内 、 类围岩长度占洞长的71%。在设计中,充分吸取了国内同类工程的经验教训。工程开工后,结合黄河上游的水文特点和施工现状对有关导流时段和临时建筑物的布置进行了大量的优化调整,达到了预期的效果。 The arrangement of the diversion tunnel is combined with the vortex flow tunnel at the right bank, and the length of surrounding rock with Grades Ⅲ and Ⅳ accounts for 71% of the tunnel. It has fully absorbed experiences and lessons of similar domestic projects. After commencement of the project, it has made a large amount of optimal adjustment concerning diversion time interval and temporary structures in combination with hydrological feature and construction status. At result, it achieves predicted effect.
