摘要
从工程环境影响评价、环境保护设计、水土流失预测、水土保持方案技术工作的思路、方法出发,介绍了工程区域的环境现状特点、环境影响特点、水土流失类型,阐述了工程环境保护和水土保持目标,论述了工程环境保护及水土保持的对策措施,说明了工程建设中环境保护和水土保持工程规划的设计思想。
From technical viewpoint of the engineering environmental impact assessment, design of environmental protection, prediction of soil and water loss, and soil & water conservation scheme, the environment status of project region, environmental impact characteristics, and types of soil & water loss are introduced. The targets and measures are stated for engineering environmental protection, the soil and water loss are expounded, and the design thought on the environment protection and planning of soil & water conservation works in the construction of the project.
