摘要
本文报告10例食管良性肿瘤.其中,平滑肌瘤7例.囊肿2例.脂肪瘤1例。对其诊断、误诊及治疗等方面进行了讨论。根据症状、X线、胃镜等检查、食管良性肿瘤容易诊断.但误诊率也高。诊断是否准确并不影响手术效果。本组近半数病人是通过探查手术而治愈的。一般说来,食管良性肿瘤除全身衰竭 高龄、严重合并症处均应手术治疗。术中应注意粘膜的保护及损坏的处理,同时预防粘膜穿孔和憩室形成。
10 cases of Benign esophaeul tumors were reported amon which 7 cases wereleiomyma 2 cases were Cyst, and 1 case was lipoma. The diagonsis misdiagnosistreatment and other relevant guestions of these cases were discussed. generally therewas no difficult in diagnosis of this benign tumor by meant of symptom. X-raygastroscopy and other diagnosis methed but the misdiagnosis rate was alsohigh. Neverthe less the diagnosis was wrong the result of operation was not affected.other than exhaustior too old of age and any Sereve diseases of other systoms, allesophageal benign tumors should he operated. In operations protection of mucosa,prevention perfovation of mucosa and diverticulum formation should be paid moreattention.
