摘要 采用中西对比的方法,从中西传统法律教育各自的历史命运和地位等方面考察中西传统法律教育的差异性及其对中西法系和社会各自不同的影响,从而揭示近世中西不同命运的必然性。 The essay comparatively explores the divergence and impact of the historical destiny and status of traditional legal education upon the legal system and society in China and western countries, thus demonstrating the inevitability of the respective legal development.
